The present disclosure relates generally to methods for increased tissue processing for the generation of cardiac stem cells, which are suitable for use in cardiac stem cell therapy. In particular, some embodiments relate to the treatment of allogeneic donor heart tissue for the generation of multiple patient doses of cardiac stem cells.
