PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pull-less operation detection control device for an illuminating fixture capable of resolving variation in timing when it is determined that a pull-less operation is performed between the illuminating fixtures, and of detecting the pull-less operation with accuracy.SOLUTION: A change in input voltage from an AC power supply 2 is monitored directly to detect that the input voltage is reduced to a certain value or less. A controller 14 determines whether or not a time period in which the input voltage is the certain value or less is a time period within a range that is preliminarily set, and thereby, whether or not the pull-less operation is performed is determined.
