PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-halogen flame-retardant resin composition that has high fire retardancy, and in which lowering of insulation performance is suppressed.;SOLUTION: A non-halogen flame-retardant resin composition includes: a nonpolar polyolefin (A); an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (B) in which silane crosslink is performed; and a metalhydroxide (C), and has a sea-island structure in which island phases including the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (B) in which silane crosslink is performed are dispersed in a sea phase including the nonpolar polyolefin (A), wherein the metalhydroxides (C) are dispersed only in the sea phase.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
