PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide proper medical treatment to a patient.SOLUTION: A clinical trial information output device 100 according to an embodiment comprises a first output unit 152 and a second output unit 153. The first output unit 152 receives patient information from a terminal device installed in a medical institution where the patient is to be transported. The first output unit 152 notifies information on adverse reaction of an investigational new drug to the terminal device on the basis of the patient information, if the patient is taking part in a clinical trial. The second output unit 153 notifies information on treatment of the adverse reaction to the terminal device, if symptoms of the patient correspond with symptoms of the adverse reaction.
