PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake-resistant locking mechanism which prevents a locking lever from coming off a latch head during excitation and being put into an unlocked state and which prevents the locking lever from being incapable of being disengaged from the latch head.;SOLUTION: The earthquake-resistant locking mechanism includes a latch bolt 1 which is equipped with the latch head having a slope formed at a front end, and the locking lever 8, the front end of which is urged in the direction of engagement with a step portion of the latch head 4. A stopper 9 made of a leaf spring material is provided to be joined to a back surface of the latch head 4; and an end, facing the front end of the locking lever, of the stopper 9 is molded in such a shape as to curl up toward the inside of a lock case, and looks out upon the front end of the locking lever 8 in an engageable manner.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
