PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic reading report display device and a diagnostic reading report preparation device capable of achieving simple operability and improving examination efficiency while improving understanding of an examining doctor by appropriately and easily visibly displaying images related to a finding to the examining doctor utilizing a diagnostic reading report.SOLUTION: The diagnostic reading report display device includes: a display finding extraction part 14 for extracting the finding of a diagnostic reading report related to a patient who is an examination object from a report database 13 in which the findings are recorded; a display image extraction part 17 for extracting a reference image corresponding to the extracted finding; a report display part 1g for displaying the extracted finding and the extracted reference image; a finding selection part 19 for having an operator select one finding from the plurality of findings; and a related image calculation part 15 for obtaining a plurality of related images corresponding to the selected finding on the basis of information related to the selected finding. The report display part 1g successively switches and displays the related images obtained by the related image calculation part 15.
