PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support even a questioner, who is not skilled in an interview, getting high-quality data from an answerer.;SOLUTION: A device for selecting a party to ask a question comprises conversation analysis means 21, topic field identification means 22, interest score calculation means 23, selection means 24 and output means 5. The conversation analysis means 21 analyzes conversation data, discriminates question data and an answerer who is a party to ask a question, and discriminates answer data to the question data and a real answerer. The topic field identification means 22 identifies a topic field of the question data. The interest score calculation means 23 increases an interest score of the answerer regarding the topic field when the answerer who is the party to ask the question is matched with the real answerer, or decreases the interest score of the answerer who is the party to ask the question regarding the topic field and increases the interest score of the real answer regarding the topic field when the answerer who is the party to ask the question is not matched with the real answerer.
