PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transform various alarm transfer figures into a common format without changing written functions.;SOLUTION: An alarm transfer figure generation apparatus 1 comprises: an alarm transfer figure information extraction section 23; and an alarm transfer figure drawing section 24. The alarm transfer figure information extraction section 23 aggregates a plurality of points belonging to an extracted point set into one point, when the extracted point set is for endpoints with a same index, when the extracted point set is for monitor points with a same index, when the extracted point set is for factor points with a same index, when the extracted point set is for endpoints with a same combination of an input signal indicated by an arrow and a facing direction of the input signal, when the extracted point set is for generation points with a same combination of an output signal indicated by an arrow and a facing direction of the output signal, and when the extracted point set is for dummy points with a same tip of an arrow from the dummy points, where the extracted point are extracted from point sets included in a same frame of the alarm transfer figure.
