PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an operation of a portable communication terminal by a user to display advertisement information desired by the user, and allow a user initiative to adaptively change a display content of the advertisement information.;SOLUTION: When a portable telephone device 10 is made closer to an IC card reader/writer 31 of an advertisement information display device 30 and a transmission operation of a contactless type IC communication is performed, display desire information having a favorite genre set is transmitted from an IC card 11 to the IC card reader/writer 31. The advertisement information display device 30 searches for corresponding advertisement information from up-to-date advertisement information stored in an internal storage medium with the display desire information received by the IC card reader/writer 31, and displays the corresponding advertisement information on its screen 32.
