PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply structured upper or lower core for heat exchange of a solid oxide fuel cell.SOLUTION: This upper core 10 for heat exchange is composed of an upper support member 11 having a collar 11a supported by the upper end opening of a cell tube, a support rod 12 suspended from the upper support member 11, a triangle plate 13 provided at the lower end part of the support rod 12 as a centering member, and a first core body 14 suspended from the triangle plate 13. The lower core for heat exchange is composed of a second core body having a closed upper end part and an open lower end, and a triangle plate provided at the upper end part of the second core body as a centering member.
