PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micronized sesame product having good flavor without sacrificing rich taste, excellent in dispersibility without depending on additives, with high productivity at low cost.SOLUTION: The micronized sesame product includes 70 wt.% or more and 95 wt.% or less of aqueous solvent and 5 wt.% or more and 30 wt.% or less of sesame particles. Sesame raw material with addition of aqueous solvent is pulverized in the vessel of a wet pulverizer so as to manufacture the sesame particles. The sesame particles have a 50% cumulative diameter (d50: median diameter) of 5.0 μm or less and a 90% cumulative diameter (d90) of 20.0 μm or less.
