PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate validity of response corresponding to a voice input from a user.;SOLUTION: In a voice interaction system, when an interaction device receives a voice input from a user, it responses including voice and evaluates a response depending on whether user's 5 reaction for a response is affirmative. For example, the interaction device gives high evaluation to a response when an affirmative keyword is contained in the voice input.
