PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize an amount of power supplied from a commercial system by letting power generated by a solar power generation device reversely flow to the commercial system to a maximum extent.;SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a control device comprising a computation processing module performs: a determination step of determining whether power generated by the solar power generation device is equal to or greater than a threshold value or less than the threshold value; a calculation step of calculating a fuel battery output value based on a power load when the generated power is equal to or greater than the threshold value in the determination step; and a control step of controlling the fuel battery output on the basis of the fuel battery output value calculated in the calculation step.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
