PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater structure system capable of keeping an underwater structure at a required depth range regardless of a direction of an oceanic current.SOLUTION: An underwater structure system comprises: a plurality of first mooring cables 4; a second mooring cable 3 and an underwater structure 2. The plurality of first mooring cables 4 are fixed to infrequent positions on the seabed at one ends thereof. The other ends of the plurality of first mooring cables 4 are connected to one end of the second mooring cable 3. The other end of the second mooring cable 3 is connected to the underwater structure 2.
