PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a termination structure, a termination method and a termination terminal of a high speed transmission line which allows for enhancement in the workability of connection work to a substrate, or the like, while suppressing deterioration in the characteristics due to damage or deformation of an external conductor.SOLUTION: In a termination structure of a high speed transmission line where a termination terminal 6 is provided at the terminal of a high speed transmission line 2 including a signal line 3 for signal transmission, an insulator 4 covering the signal line 3, and an external conductor 5 provided on the outer periphery of the insulator 4, the termination terminal 6 has a holder 7 provided to hold the external conductor 5, exposed at the termination of the high speed transmission line 2, from both sides thereof and to be connected electrically with the external conductor 5 while gripping the high speed transmission line 2. The gripping part 8 of the holder 7 for gripping the high speed transmission line 2 is formed along the outer shape of the external conductor 5.
