PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a high-resolution fluorescent screen plate having a high packing density.;SOLUTION: A hollow metal tube is filled with CsI powder, swaged into a thin wire and cut so as to have a prescribed length. A plurality of thin wires are bundled and filled into a different hollow metal tube. Then, the metal tube filled with the thin wires is swaged into a thin wire and cut so as to have a prescribed length. A plurality of thin wires are bundled and filled into a different hollow metal tube. The diameter of the metal tube filled with the fine wires is narrowed to the degree of 80-90% by swaging, and cut so as to have a prescribed thickness, to thereby produce a fluorescent screen plate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
