PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widen a width of interview items, to reduce return of a series of processes, and to improve customer satisfactions in facility planning.SOLUTION: An interview support system is used during a needs check interview of an interview object person when planning a facility, and design space data indicating a design space to plan a facility, a scale indicating an expression object of the design space, and an application of the design space are stored and held in association. The input of the scale and application of the design space is received, and the design space data associated with them is two-dimensionally or three-dimensionally displayed and outputted. Also, according to operation input, an article image can be arranged in the design space and a component configuring the arranged article image can be changed. Also, a component configuring the design space can be changed.
