PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately support a medical interview conducted based on a statement content of an inquiry form.SOLUTION: A computer allowing predetermined medical history sheet information to be stored for each patient and allowing the stored medical history sheet information of the patient to be displayed according to a selection operation for selecting the patient is caused to previously function as: interview support information storing means for storing specified inquiry information showing specified inquiry items in an inquiry form in association with predetermined interview support information relating to the specified inquiry items; inquiry information storage means for storing inquiry information showing a content of the inquiry items of the inquiry form input based on a statement of the patient and the specified inquiry information showing the specified inquiry items among the inquiry items in association with identification information of the patient; and output control means for showing the interview support information stored in association with the specified inquiry information before showing the medical history sheet information of the selected patient when the specified inquiry information is stored in association with the selected identification information of the patient in the case that the selection operation is performed.
