PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entering/leaving management system capable of being inexpensively introduced and surely managing the entering of a temporary user.;SOLUTION: An entering/leaving management system includes: first and second readers; a gate; and a management device. The first reader reads first information from a first authentication medium. The second reader reads second information from a second authentication medium. The gate is put in an open state in accordance with opening control. The management device stores the first information read by the first reader when the first information satisfies conditions for opening the gate, and executes opening control to the gate such that the gate is put in the open state.
