ENTERING/LEAVING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, ENTERING/LEAVING MANAGEMENT METHOD, PORTABLE TERMINAL DEVICE, AND ENTERING/LEAVING MANAGEMENT SERVER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entering/leaving management system which can limit entrance of a user who is in danger of making an inhibited action.;SOLUTION: This entering/leaving management system includes: a portable terminal device 2 equipped with a camera part; an external R/W 3 for a noncontact IC card for receiving information stored in the portable terminal device 2; and an entering/leaving management server 4 which receives the information from the external R/W 3 for the noncontact IC card to manage the entering/leaving of the user of the portable terminal device 2. The entering/leaving management server 4 includes an entering/leaving management part having a management table which correlates an identification number of identifying the portable terminal device 2, an entering/leaving status of the portable terminal device 2 for an area 5, and a frequency of operating the camera part while the portable terminal device 2 has previously entered the area 5. The entering/leaving management server 4 authenticates the portable terminal device 2 based on the received identification number, and when the entering/leaving status of the portable terminal device 2 correlated with the identification number is the leaving, if the frequency in which the camera part is operated is not within a given frequency, the entrance of the user into the area 5 is limited.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
