PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cyano-cross-linked metal complex in which crystals are orientated in the same direction.;SOLUTION: The apparatus (1) for producing the cyano-cross-linked complex is provided with an electrolytic cell (2) which houses a solution containing alkali metal ions, transition metal ions and cyano-cross-linked complex ions; precipitation electrodes (3) arranged in the electrolytic cell (2); and a power supply unit (6) which impresses, to the precipitation electrodes (3), a superposed voltage formed by superposing a direct current onto an alternating current periodically changing with a prescribed amplitude and precipitates the cyano-cross-linked metal complex, in which crystals are oriented in a prescribed direction, at the precipitation electrode (3) by electrolysis.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
