PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the waiting order for customers visiting a shop.;SOLUTION: A system for controlling waiting order comprises: a reception terminal 10 displaying requirement items and receiving a requirement item selected by a customer 3; a ticket issuer 20 printing a call number for each customer 3 and issuing a ticket 4; a control device 30 including, for each customer service counter 5, a database 33 which manages an available requirement item that a customer service counter 5 is able to deal with among the requirement items displayed on the reception terminal 10, managing the selected requirement item and the call number in association with each other, and determining the waiting order by selecting a customer service counter 5 having an available requirement item which matches the selected requirement item; and notification means 40 providing notification of the waiting order of the selected requirement item by the call number associated with the selected requirement item.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
