PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably perform power saving according to a power saving request.;SOLUTION: A power saving support system comprises a power saving support device that notifies a consumer, who receives a power supply from an electric power supplier, of a power saving request for requesting cooperation for power saving.
