PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power saving support processing system, capable of efficiently reducing power consumption in load equipment on the customer side.SOLUTION: A power saving support processing system 1 includes: a communication control unit 203 for communicating with a power management terminal 301 provided in each customer contracting a power management enterprise in advance; for each contracted customer, a storage unit 280 for retaining in advance power saving association information to allow a power saving action according to a power saving request to be executed in the customer load equipment; and a power saving instruction execution unit 240 for transmitting, to the power management terminal 301 in the customer, a power saving instruction based on the power saving association information retained in the storage unit 280 for each contracted customer, for allowing the power saving action to be executed in the customer load equipment, in response to the reception of the power saving request by a power management enterprise (aggregator) from a first electric enterprise.
