PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marker that can be accurately detected even if attached to an object having a curved surface, and to provide an object with the marker, a marker analysis method, and an image creation method.;SOLUTION: A marker 2 includes: a pair of first point group each of which is comprised of a plurality of points arranged in one line and which are disposed substantially in parallel with each other; and a pair of second point group each of which is comprised of a plurality of points disposed in one line in the direction substantially vertical to the column of the first point group and which are disposed substantially in parallel with each other. To an object 1, the marker 2 is attached, the marker 2 including the first point group comprised of the plurality of points arranged in one line and the second point group comprised of the plurality of points disposed in one line in the direction substantially vertical to the column of the first point group. The marker analysis method comprises: obtaining first point group data and second point group data based on image data; and obtaining direction data.
