PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive composition which has excellent conductivity and adhesion, is superior in the ability to disperse a conductive carbon material and the ability to adhere to an electrode, and is arranged for forming a power storage device superior in charge and discharge cycle characteristics.SOLUTION: A conductive composition comprises: a conductive carbon material (A); a water-soluble resin binder (B); a water-dispersible resin microparticle binder (C); and an aqueous liquid medium (D). The content of the conductive carbon material (A) is 20-70 wt.% to a total of 100 wt.% of solid components of the conductive carbon material (A), the water-soluble resin binder (B), and the water-dispersible resin microparticle binder (C). The content of the water-soluble resin binder (B) is 3 wt.% or more and less than 40 wt.% to a total of 100 wt.% of solid components of the water-soluble resin binder (B) and the water-dispersible resin microparticle binder (C).
