PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate a guidance plan.;SOLUTION: An information processor includes: an event detection rule table for associating an event with a rule to detect the event and storing them; and a guidance plan event table for storing information about the event. The information processor executes: a step for using the rule stored in the event detection rule table to detect the information about the event from acquired information about person's words and deeds; a step for calculating each similarity of the detected information about the event, for each of the information about the event stored in the guidance plan event table; a step for extracting an event for which a maximum similarity is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold; and a step for calculating a guidance plan evaluation value that shows a degree of consistency between the extracted event and the event stored in the guidance plan event table.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
