PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a food sample of pulp jelly which does not require a jelly-like member, and which facilitates positioning of a pseudo pulp member.SOLUTION: The production method of a food sample of pulp jelly is configured so that plural pseudo pulp members 2 which are formed by imitating pulp are attached to a bottom inner wall 1a of a transparent or translucent concave-state container 1, for producing a food sample S of pulp jelly.
