In X -ray detectors operating in a rolling shutter read mode , by accurately synchronized with reading of the detector rotation of the sample by interpolation or calculate the effect of timing skews to the image intensity and the angular position caused by the rolling shutter read can be compensated , thus allowing to accurately integrate the data with conventional software . In one embodiment , the reflection intensity is interpolated with respect to time , and to reproduce the data to be synchronized to a predetermined time . Then the complementary data is processed by conventional integration routine , it is possible to generate a 3D model of the sample . In another embodiment , it possible time skew data is processed directly to produce the 3D model of the sample , 3D integration routine is specially adapted .
