PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for simply detecting influenza viruses floating in air in a sitting-room space R, etc.;SOLUTION: Influenza viruses are collected by an air filter, the air filter is contacted with a neuraminidase extract, the neuraminidase extract contacted with the air filter is reacted with a neuraminidase chromogenic substrate which is hydrolyzed by an influenza virus neuraminidase and colored and the influenza viruses contained in an atmosphere are detected by color development of the neuraminidase chromogenic substrate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
