The present invention relates to a primer and a probe for discriminating avian influenza, Newcastle disease and chicken infectious bronchitis viruses, and a method for discriminating avian influenza, Newcastle disease and chicken infectious bronchitis viruses using the same. Specifically, the primer and probe set of the present invention can specifically detect and simultaneously detect type A avian influenza, Newcastle disease, and chicken infectious bronchitis virus, and has superior detection efficiency, such as analytical sensitivity, compared to known primer sets. It can be usefully used for detection of avian influenza type, Newcastle disease and chicken infectious bronchitis virus, and can be helpful in preparing effective quarantine measures against the virus.
