PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the entertainment aspect of an ecosystem survey to facilitate the securing of manpower.SOLUTION: A communication unit 2 receives survey result information on a surveyed organism from users 10-1 to 10-n. A point calculation unit 3 checks the received survey result information against registration information on the surveyed organism stored in a storage unit 5 to calculate points corresponding to value of the received survey result information. A user information update unit 4 updates user information so as to impart the calculated points to the users 10-1 to 10-n.
