PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the evaluation of an egg to be done by other methods than visual morphological inspection.SOLUTION: The artificial insemination device (1) includes a first electrode (42) in contact with a solution within a chamber (11) where an egg (53) is immersed, a probe body (27), a sperm housing part (27a) where the solution containing sperms (52) to be injected into the cells of the egg (53) is housed, an insertion part (28a) to be inserted into the cells of the egg (53), a second electrode (32) whose one end is arranged at the sperm housing part (27a), an electrode deriving part (29b) to derive the other end of the second electrode to the outside of the sperm housing part (27a), a connection part (29c) formed in the probe body (27) and connected with an injector (21) that gives pressure to push sperms out of an opening (28b), and a probe (26).
