PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide odorous retort pouched curry containing vegetable protein and improved in flavor quality.;SOLUTION: The retort pouched curry contains green chili pepper. The content of green chili pepper is 0.1-5 wt.% in terms of raw material, 0.01-0.5 wt.% in terms of dried material, and 0.001-0.3 wt.% in terms of extract.
