PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress collision noise generated when a linear motion device moves between end points.SOLUTION: A linear motion device 12 is controlled by a magnetic field sensor 13 outputting an output signal SD from a magnetic field generated by a magnet 10, a device position command signal generation circuit 22 outputting a device position command signal SE that is output when the linear motion device 12 is located at a target position, a differential amplifier 14 outputting an operation amount signal SF indicating the deviation of the output signal SD from the device position command signal SE, an end point movement control circuit 19 outputting a driver control signal SG for moving the linear motion device 12 between XBOT and XTOP while applying a force toward XBOT and a force toward XTOP alternately, a switch 20 selecting any one of the driver control signal SG or the operation amount signal SF, and output drivers 17, 18 which drive the linear motion device 12 according to the driver control signal SG or the operation amount signal SF.
