PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool and lubricate a contact/friction point between a blade side face and a workpiece with a small mount of cooling liquid.;SOLUTION: A supply device of a cooling liquid includes: a work table 24 on which a workpiece W is mounted and fixed; a blade 25 for cutting the workpiece W; a work table feed mechanism 26 which moves the work table 24 relatively to the blade 25; a spindle 30 fitted with the blade 25 rotatably; and a nozzle 41 discharging a cooling liquid toward the blade 25 and the workpiece W. The nozzle 41 is arranged upstream from a center of rotation of the blade 25 in a direction substantially perpendicular to a side face of the blade 25, and an arrival point of the cooling liquid C discharged from the nozzle 41 is slightly upstream from a contact/friction point between the blade 25 and the workpiece W. A workpiece support surface 42 is provided obliquely so that the nozzle 41 side is higher.
