PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate an action of a person.;SOLUTION: An action estimation device includes: an equipment use data acquirement unit for acquiring for a prescribed time use data indicating whether or not a prescribed person was using owned equipment; a creation unit for creating a model used when estimating the person's action for every action variation showing a combination of the actions before and after when the person's action is varied to another action by using teacher data including equipment data for the equipment owned by respective persons, use data indicating whether or not respective persons used the equipment for every prescribed time, and action data showing the action respective persons were taking for every prescribed time for every person; a reliability calculation unit for calculating reliability showing greatness of value indicating relativity between the use data and the action variation by using the use data for the prescribed person and the model for every action variation; and an action estimation unit for estimating the action of the prescribed person based on the calculated reliability.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
