PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch display panel, a touch display device and a plane display panel, in which a flicker phenomenon is effectively reduced and display quality is improved.;SOLUTION: The touch display panel includes a plurality of scanning lines, a plurality of data lines and a plurality of touch sensing units. Each touch sensing unit includes a first pixel unit, a second pixel unit and a third pixel unit. Each pixel unit includes a pixel electrode, a storage capacitor electrode, and a compensation capacitor. A storage capacitor is installed between the pixel electrode and the storage capacitor electrode, the compensation capacitor is connected between the pixel electrode and the scanning line, and a ratio of capacitances of the storage capacitors of the first pixel unit, the second pixel unit and the third pixel unit and a ratio of the capacitances of the compensation capacitors are all equal to an area ratio of the pixel electrodes.
