摘要

Improved pre-hydrolysis step comprises exposing using enzymes and water-insoluble pretreated lignocellulosic biomass without using a vacuum condition is disclosed. After exposure the water-insoluble pretreated lignocellulosic biomass to a vacuum condition, it is carried out for the previous process material to enzymatic hydrolysis. Results, as compared to the composition not exposed to the vacuum conditions of glucose and many post-enzymatic hydrolysis is an increase xylose yield.
