PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute a package file in which reproduction data, DRM information, and inventory information are integrated to restrain reproduction of the reproduction data.;SOLUTION: A file package terminal device 200 generates a package file 110 in which reproduction data, DRM information including copy permission information and distribution destination information, and inventory information are packaged and provides the generated package file 110 to a package file distribution server 300. The package file distribution server 300 distributes the package file 110 provided from the file package terminal device 200 to a package file reproduction terminal device 400.
