PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve process shortening of an RCCV liner construction method by reduction in cost for RCCV liner construction and reduction in man-hour without spoiling a cure function of a cure roof.SOLUTION: The RCCV liner construction method using an RCCV all-weather shield includes the processes of: reducing a radial size of an outer peripheral part of an RCCV all-weather shield 10; suspending an RCCV liner 3 by conveyance means through the RCCV all-weather shield 10; and carrying the RCCV liner 3 in an installation area for the RCCV liner 3 by the conveyance means through the RCCV all-weather shield 10.
