This invention provides a trivalent immunogenic composition including a soluble portion of a(M.hyo) whole cell preparation; a porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) antigen; and a PRRS virus antigen, wherein the soluble portion of the M.hyo preparation is substantially free of both (i) IgG and (ii) immunocomplexes comprised of antigen bound to immunoglobulin.
