Systems and methods are disclosed for matching Data Out of line with Online Data through Comparison of Offline Data with online data using data related to credit. Systems and Methods for receiving the Offline Data and Online Data and retrieve data related to the credit of identifying information for individuals.The Records of Offline Data and Online Data records are compared with Independent Data related to credit to determine if the Data records are objective coincides with an individual.If a record of Offline Data and Online Data correspond to an individual Target Matching, then generates a registration key that links the Offline Data and Online Data. The Key may be stored in a database Key. The Key can be used for Targeted Marketing for the individual Target matching.The pairing of Offline Data and Online Data can be more accurate and complete.
