The invention relates to medical biotechnology and provides a process for preparing inactivated intact virion vaccine against A/H1N1 influenza with aluminium hydroxide from recombinant strain NIBRG-121xp, produced by an inverse genetics method in National Institute of biologic standards and control (NIBSC, Great Britain) and presented by NIIPBB KN MON RK through the World Health Organization for developing pandemic vaccine. The invention essence is characterized by that for preparing inactivated intact virion vaccine against A/H1N1 influenza with aluminium hydroxide the recombinant strain NIBRG-121xp of influenza virus is used which is cultivated in 10-11-day chick embryos, subjected to chemical inactivation, combined purification scheme and concentration and sterilizing filtration adding aluminium hydroxide. The invention provides to prepare a pandemic vaccine for preventing A/H1N1 influenza virus with high virus purification efficiency and, accordingly, with enhanced safety and immunogenicity, the process of producing of which is technological and economical.
