The invention relates to medical biotechnology and provides a process for preparing inactivated intact virion aluminium hydroxide vaccine against A/H1N1 pandemic influenza from recombinant strain A/AstanaRG/6:2/2009, produced by an inverse genetics method in the Scientific-Research Institute for Biological Safety Problems of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhastan Committee of Science for developing pandemic vaccine. The essence of the invention is characterized by that for preparing inactivated intact virion aluminium hydroxide vaccine against A/H5N1 influenza optimum (moderate) regimen of the strain A/AstanaRG/6:2/2009 inactivation with formaline is used having the concentration 0.05%, the strain is further subjected to purification and concentration by chromatographic and filtration methods and an aluminium hydroxide adjuvant is added. The invention provides to prepare a pandemic vaccine for preventing A/H5N1 influenza with high virus purification efficiency and, accordingly, with enhanced safety and immunogenicity, the process of producing of which is more technological and economical.
