A system for aggregating commercial news and for delivering desired content to a user, which comprises a Content Manager, Personalization, Content Adaptation, Content Delivery, Systems Management and the client mobile device application/infrastructure (Client System). The Content Management subsystem handles news items from the point of retrieval from external news sources, up to the point they are ready to be personalized and delivered to the user.
