The present invention relates to a novel therapeutic medical device for treating people having small vessel ischemic diseases without any potential risk. The device of the present invention harnesses the centrifugation effect. The device of the present invention comprises a rotating bed driven by an electromechanical system, wherein such bed has a supporting member for the patient’s feet and the head, characterized by having a closed chamber system. Said closed chamber is filled with compressed oxygen, wherein the level of oxygen should not exceed a predetermined level.
