INTEGRAL SYSTEM FOR EVALUATING OPERATIVE, ACADEMIC AND EDUCATIVE UNITS.

Described is an integral system for the evaluation of operative, academic and educative units, which is based on international standards (ISO/IEC 9126, 14598, ISO 25000, IEEE 1061) and Mexican models (MECHDAV, MECRAD), this system allows a comparative analysis to be performed in the different projects, products, processes and services that are participating in competitions or events of innovation and invention or productivity. The system is based on determining the degree of fulfilment of the following characteristics of quality: functionality, usability, as well as quality during the use. The invention allows the quality to be generically evaluated in the projects-products participating in the aforementioned events; this system provides a support to judges for emitting more objective and impartial opinions. The invention is also used by organizations, companies and final users that require selecting in an easy and effective manner, the more suitable project that has been developed wi th more quality in contests of innovation and invention. A guide is provided for the concrete instrumentation of the evaluation, as well as its ranges, presentation, procedures and documentation. 1.
