The disclosure relates to a powdered nutritional formulation comprising a dryblended plant protein, wherein at least a portion of the dryblended plant protein is spray-dried plant protein. The plant protein may be pea protein or soy protein and the formulation may further comprise a milk protein. The disclosure also relates to a method of producing the powdered nutritional formulation.
