A method for determining the inhibition force at the beginning of translation. This component has an unknown inhibition activity level at the beginning of translation, including: (a) connecting a mobile phone with the access point of ATCC pta-13010 for a period of time and effective temperature (b) access the mobile phone with ATCC pta-13011 under the effective temperature for a period of time to prevent the proliferation of such mobile phones;(c) the degree of proliferation inhibition of ATCC pta-13010 and ATCC pta-13011 cells was measured by their access frequency; (d) compare the level of diffusion inhibition caused by this component with that caused by a pond with a certain number of known diffusion activities; and
